Dispatcher

Dispatcher will be responsible for 40+ drivers at multiple locations on a daily basis.  He or She will be part of a team of dispatchers.  We offer excellent benefits including: health insurance, 401K, holiday and vacation pay.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 2+ years experience dispatching local trucks.

  • Clean appearance.

  • Drug free.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Team player.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good communication skills and a great attitude.

  • Ability to interact in a professional manner with all levels of customers and Company personnel.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.

  • Working knowledge of the St. Louis metropolitan area.

  • Good computer skills.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Ability to handle multiple phone and radio calls along with providing quality customer service.

  • Ready Mix Concrete or construction experience is a plus.

  • High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
